Terms of Service

I - NSFW

While I do allow NSFW, I reserve the right to refuse anything I find exceptiopnally distasteful. This Includes, but is not limited to:
- Scat/Diaper, Piss, Vomit
- Vore, Inflation/Fetishised Obesity
- Cuckolding/Humiliation
- Rape/Overt Non-Consensual
- Raceplay
- CSAM
- Feral that is not clearly possessive of human intelligence

II - Deadlines

I usually try to finish any commission or trade I receive within a week. This is however not a hard promise as I have a life and hobbies outside of Art, as well as simply other exogenous factors.Expected completion times considering this are posted on Trello, with the later bound being the latest time the commission can be expected to finish by. The only factor this is subject to is the responsiveness of the commissioner as I may ask for clarification or approval to go ahead periodically, and any changes made during this.

III - Opportunities for Making Change

I allow for making changes to the commission after flat coloring is completed, or after linework if the commissioner requests such.I allow an unlimited number of changes during this period, at no extra cost to the commissioner.

IV - Use of Commission

I hold the copyright on any pieces I create.With your Commission, I reserve the right to:- Post it to other social media platforms provided I reference you as the commissioner or character owner- Use it for promotional purposes (Ex. Uploading to the Gallery, Proof of Artwork, etc.)With your Commission, I do not reserve the right to:
- Use it for any sort of merchandise, prints, etc. (Unless the commission contains one of my characters)-Claim ownership of any characters in the artwork besides my ownWith your Commission, you do not reserve the right to:- Claim credit for the creation of the commission or remove my signature-Feed the Artwork to a LLM or any other Machine Learning Algorithm

V - Payment and Refunds

I accept Stripe, PayPal, or CashApp as payment processors, in this order of preference.I allow payment plans for all artworks, though this must be pre-arraged, and I require a minimum of €10 as an initial payment before beginning the commission.I do not accept refunds in excess of 50% if the commission has already been started. Additionally, refunds of any amount will not be issued if the commission has finished flat coloring.

VI - Contact

I am most accessible on BlueSky, FurAffinity, or Discord (if you know me on there). I check each of these platforms at least once a day in most cases, and so should be able to respond within 24 hours.
